This Sector 128 project started as a straightforward wardrobe brief and grew into a full bedroom rebuild once the clients saw what a book-matched marble panel could do behind the bed.
Book-matching means cutting two slabs from the same block and opening them like a book, so the vein pattern mirrors across the join. It only works if the stone is selected and numbered at the yard before it ever reaches site — we lost a full week to sourcing the right block.
The dressing room sits behind a glass-fronted partition rather than a solid wall, which keeps the room from feeling cut in half in a space just under 320 sq ft.
From first measurement to final handover this ran ten weeks, in line with what we quote for a bedroom-plus-dressing-room scope.
This post is about a real project — see the full walkthrough on instagram for the walkthrough.
